He is known for his contributions to choral and instrumental music, with a significant focus on church and orchestral compositions. Míča's works include symphonies, concertos, and a variety of sacred music, which reflect the stylistic transitions of his time. One of his notable works is the "Sinfonia in D Major," which exemplifies the emerging Classical style, integrating elements of the Baroque tradition while showcasing clarity and balance.
